Excelicon Sponsors Active Minds Virtual Fundraising Events
Washington, D.C (October 2020)
Excelicon is joining Active Minds friends, board members and volunteers in going All In for Active Minds. Because their annual Casino Night fundraising even was cancelled due to the pandemic, Excelicon participated in sponsorship of their digital fundraising series. Active Minds is the nation’s premier nonprofit organization supporting mental health awareness and education for young adults
“Excelicon’s support of Active Minds spans many years and I am proud to announce that we are once again sponsoring the annual fund-raiser,” said Tushar Garg, CEO of Excelicon. “Mental health issues affecting young people have been amplified during the social distancing, remote work of the pandemic. Active Minds brings variety of resources to help those who are in need.”
Excelicon supports Active Minds because they are dedicated to saving lives and to building stronger families and communities, values which Excelicon holds dear. Active Minds is making a difference and changing the conversation about mental health by giving young adults and their networks the awareness, education, and actionable tools to care and seek care for themselves and their peers.
