As the Director of Operations, Mrs. Giron is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function. She also establishes the vision and direction in the development of HR policies that promote maximum effectiveness. Mrs. Giron has served in a leadership capacity overseeing human resources departments since 2004. Prior to her role at Excelicon, she was the Human Resources Director of a Construction Company with over 200 employees. She managed all aspects of HR and payroll functions.

Mrs. Giron is an active member of Society of Human Resources (SHRM). She has completed the Frederick Community College Certificate in Human Resources Program and Certificate in Management Program as well as the Associated Builders and Contractors (Virginia Chapter) Human Resources Academy. She earned her degree from Phoenix University.
