Washington, D.C. (December 2021) Excelicon, a DC-based small enterprise announced today that it has been recognized by the Government Technology & Services Coalition (GTSC) as their 2021 Mid-Tier Company of the Year. GTSC awards public and private sector officials in various categories each year.
