Frank Nauer

Director of Risk and Compliance

As Director of Risk and Compliance Excelicon, Frank Nauer has the responsibility of ensuring that Excelicon’s employees and processes follow best practices and guideline to keep the company and its clients safe by remaining up to date in compliance and risk processes. Mr. Nauer has over 20 years of  experience in Program and Project Management, Compliance and Certifications, IT Software Development, Training and Development.

Prior to Excelicon, Mr. Nauer served as Vice President of Operations with The Lever Group and as Director of Education for The Chubb Institute.

In 2007, Mr. Nauer helped start the Knights of Columbus “Sweats for Vets” program to donate new sweat suits to hospitalized veterans.  Each year the program donates between 600 – 1000 new sweat suits to the hospitalized veterans at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. In 2010, he received the Knights of Columbus Calvert Province VAVS (Veterans Administration Voluntary Service) Volunteer of the year award, and also received the Knights of Columbus VAVS Volunteer of the Year award, a national award issued from the Knights of Columbus Supreme Headquarters.

Mr. Nauer has a Masters degree in Business Administration) from Strayer University.
