As the DTS Portfolio Manager at FEMA, Mr. Vazquez manages multiple Call Orders overseeing all activities across the program lifecycle to guarantee clients receive excellent service and deliverables.

Mr. Vazquez has more than 14 years of experience serving multiple federal clients including DHS, Library of Congress, FDIC, HHS, USDA, Joint Chief of Staff, and NIH to name a few. Mr. Vazquez has managed multiple Portfolios dealing with Software Development, Mobile Development, Integration to the Cloud, and Cybersecurity.

Mr. Vazquez holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is a certified Project Management Professional. He currently lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, two kids, and their dog.
